I have the honour to report that I have granted Mr. Ulick Aubrey Farrell, First Class Overseer, Public Works Department, a pension at the rate of £144 per annum with effect from the 6th September, 1921, and that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue payments to him as they become due.
